Job Role : Platform and Governance Lead Architect (ServiceNow)
Location: Remote within CONUS (Occasional travel to Stafford VA and Washington DC)
Clearance Requirement : Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred/required for privileged access roles)
JOB DESCRIPTION
MUST HAVEs:
- All personnel must possess an active secret or TS at time of award. TS required if this role is privileged access
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect.
- Experience: Significant professional background (typically 7 years including 3 years in governance/architecture) preferably in DoW/Federal environments (e.g. IL5).
- Expertise: Deep understanding of platform data architecture security best practices performance tuning and robust stakeholder advisory skills for continuous improvement.
Serve as the lead technical authority responsible for the overall governance management and architectural integrity of the ServiceNow platform. This individual will establish and enforce platform standards policies and procedures to ensure consistent secure and scalable deployments across the organization. The Platform and Governance Lead Architect will provide strategic oversight of platform lifecycle management guide the adoption of best practices and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Additionally this role will coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize platform enhancements oversee platform health and performance and mentor team members on governance and architectural principles to support successful ServiceNow operations and continuous improvement.
