How Youll Perform the Role

Plate Mounting Operations:

1. Mount flexographic printing plates onto sleeves and cylinders according to job specifications.

2. Verify correct plate positioning repeat length and image alignment.

3. Utilize mounting equipment and cameras to achieve precise registration.

4. Ensure mounting tolerances meet company and customer print quality standards.

5. Prepare jobs for press production according to scheduled priorities.

6. Confirm correct plate versions artwork revisions and color sequences before mounting.

• Eligible to work in the United States.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $22.17 to $26.82 performance based bonus benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. At Novolex it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
