Plater Operator

dormakaba is seeking a First Shift (6:00AM-2:30PM) Plater Operator based in Indianapolis IN. The Plater Racker is responsible for gathering proper racks parts and supplies to perform racking/un-racking responsibilities.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $18/hr. - $20/hr. (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data). Mandatory overtime may be required as needed. $2000 Sign-on Bonus (details provided during interview)

• Gather proper racks parts and supplies to perform racking/un-racking responsibilities
• Rack parts prior to plating according to production goals
• Un-rack clean inspect and count parts coming out of plater
• Operate conveyor & other equipment as required
• Follow work instructions/standard operating procedures (SOP)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficiency
