Your impact
In this role you will orchestrate reliable repeatable injection molding processessetting the pace for quality and delivery. Youll be the link between production priorities and engineering trials ensuring every changeover sample run and inspection supports top-tier results.
How youll contribute
- Lead the full molding workflow: machine set-up start-up shutdown troubleshooting equipment upkeep and efficient floor workflow.
- Guide execution of the production schedule; complete mold and/or material changeovers on time; capture cycle time improvements.
- Troubleshoot processes; set tooling and material parameters; conduct part inspections; and tweak processes to maintain part conformity and quality.
- Team with Engineering on current and new molds conducting alternative material sampling and new product sampling.
- Own critical documentation: start-up and in-process product inspection sheets process monitoring logs and changeover checklists.
- Stage and configure support equipment before start-upcirculators grinders thermolators hot runner controllers material dryers and material loaders.
- Take on related tasks aligned with the scope of the position.
Background were looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent with five (5) years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency setting up and operating injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment including robots.
- Strength in diagnosing process problems performing minor repairs controlling quality and sustaining high machine uptime.
- Ability to read write speak and understand basic English.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools (Excel Outlook Word).
- Skill using precision measuring tools: micrometers vernier calipers Acu-Gauge.
- Blueprint literacyread and interpret manufacturing drawings.
- Master Molder certification is a plus.

Expect assisted pushing/pulling for up to 2 hours per day (interruptive) and lifting up to 35 lbs. for up to 2 hours per day (interruptive).
