Job Summary
The Plastic Fabricator position entails cutting fabricating routing welding and assembling plastic materials including sheet rod tube and pipe. The employee will read and interpret engineering drawings to create components or parts to meet customer-supplied specifications. Our ideal candidate will have a basic working knowledge of Quality in a manufacturing setting and be familiar with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. We are looking for an independent worker with excellent time management understand and prepare the bill of materials (BOM) to meet the required specifications from the customer weld and bend materials to specification as required and inspect each part/component for operate all shop equipment including panel table chop and cut-off saws handheld and extrusion welders and bending and butt welding assemble and inspect parts to ensure their accuracy utilizing general shop measuring equipment such as tape measures calipers and accurate and easy-to-read job notes and records of work performed and materials used to complete the understand and adhere to all safety rules operating instructions and procedure a clean and organized work area and clean up the saw area after each alert and safety-conscious and look out for the safety and well-being of all other colleaguesRequirementsAbility to effectively -average human relations and detail mathematical aptitude with a basic understanding of -motivation and the ability to work consistently and productively under minimal supervision.
