• MD or DO
• Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency
• Active Florida medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred

• 2 years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferred
• ASC experience preferred

• Surgeons frustrated with low case volume
• Surgeons capped in income at traditional practices
