Plastic Fabrication Technician

• Assistin the fabrication and assembly of plastic components and systems under supervision.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.
• Measure cut and prepare materials using a tape measure and basic tools.
• Perform conversions between fractions and decimals accurately.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools in accordance with company standards.
• Support fabrication processes while maintaining quality and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of fractions and decimals with the ability to convert between them.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools including safe operation practices.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Previous experience incabinetry furniture building carpentry orfinishwork.
• Flat Plastic Sheet welding fabricator experience.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time able tobend twist push/pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
