Plant Operator

In this role you will be a Plant Operator for a client that is in the aggregate manufacturing this role you will be responsible for operating and monitoring Hot Mix Asphalt plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.

The pay on this position is $24.00 to $33.00. This position could be day or night shift and there would be a night shift differential.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to take phone calls from contractors deal with truck drivers and good customer service
• Monitor inventory levels (liquid asphalt) and notifying PM of when orders need to be placed
• General maintenance experience
• Willingness to work long hours nights and weekends as necessary
• Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus
• Welding/fab is a plus
