HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Leadership -Serving as a member of Plant Management Leadership Team holding the department accountable for adherence to plant direction and establishing and ensuring achievement of all unit Key Performance Indicators. As a meticulous manager and high achiever you will ensure adherence to and continuous improvement for all area Management Control & Reporting Systems (MCRS) elements with the training and building capabilities of all team members.
• Engaging in Business Planning -Participating in the business planning and budgeting process by developing short and long-term cost containment and reduction strategies. Youll oversee the execution of projects within assigned area by monitoring project plans and status to ensure successful completion. Ensuring raw materials are converted into finished goods for assigned area/shift
• Focus on Continuous Improvement and Development -Deploying and sustaining Lean Training to help staff meet the demands and challenges of our thriving business. With your help the plant will comply with all employee safety food safety sanitation policies and regulations. As you manage and develop a team youll demonstrate your dedication to making our company and its people even more effective.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated operations and managerial experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Your expertise in applying lean principles and engaging others will set us up for success.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong problem solving negotiating and decision-making skills with the proven ability to manage complex situations.
• Collaborative work style working cross-functionally is a big part of this role Bonus Points for experience promoting positive labor relationsin a union environment.
• Proficiency with computers including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint and Excel)

• High School Diploma/GED required along with 3 years manufacturing Leadership experience.

Salary Range:$125 680 $157100

Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range the successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills experience certifications qualifications relevant education or training and local market conditions.
