What Youll Be Doing

• Perform preventive scheduled and emergency maintenance on production equipment including conveyors pumps fillers agitators motors hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment issues proactively.

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and electrical issues to maximize equipment reliability production uptime and operational efficiency.

• Maintain detailed service records while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.

What Are We Looking For

• Apply mechanical aptitude to diagnose repair and maintain mobile equipment and mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems utilizing diagnostic tools technical manuals welding (wire feed and rod) oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting equipment.

• Ability to detect isolate and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.

• Strong commitment to safety practices and equipment reliability.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fastpaced environment.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team setting.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
