A local manufacturing operation is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead daily production and drive performance across safety quality and efficiency. This role oversees a team of 100 employees and is critical tooptimizingoperations and supporting continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including production maintenance quality andlogistics

• Drive operational performance to meet production cost and quality targets

• Monitor and control expenses while improving efficiency

• Maintain and enhance facilities equipment and overall plant performance

• Build coach and develop a high-performing leadership team

• Partner with Quality to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

• Champion a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives

• Plan workforce needs andallocatesresources to meet production goals

• Identifyandeliminateoperational bottlenecks to maximize output

Qualifications

• 9 years of plant or operations management experience in manufacturing

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing maintenance and safety systems

• Data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication organization and adaptability
