The Plant Manager serves as the senior leader of the Miles City repair facility and is accountable for operational performance customer confidence workforce engagement safety quality and profitability.

• 10 years of progressive industrial manufacturing maintenance or technical operations leadership
• 7 years managing multi-shift operations
• Experience leading turnaround transformation or performance improvement initiatives
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Rail heavy equipment aerospace automotive energy or related industrial experience preferred

• Highly visible leadership role with significant influence and autonomy
