Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations within a metal fabrication production environment.
This position is responsible for driving safety quality productivity cost customer satisfaction and team performance. The Plant Manager will provide hands-on leadership to manufacturing leaders and team members while building a culture of accountability safety continuous improvement teamwork and operational excellence.

Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations within a metal fabrication production environment.
This position is responsible for driving safety quality productivity cost customer satisfaction and team performance. The Plant Manager will provide hands-on leadership to manufacturing leaders and team members while building a culture of accountability safety continuous improvement teamwork and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations with a strong focus on safety quality productivity cost and employee engagement.
- Provide leadership coaching and development to group leaders team leaders and manufacturing team members.
- Monitor production schedules efficiency downtime and other key performance indicators to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Identify manufacturing issues and implement short- and long-term corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on eliminating waste improving processes and increasing operational efficiency.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality safety and environmental management systems.
- Lead problem-solving activities when KPIs or operational goals are not achieved.
- Support development and management of departmental budgets and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Maintain standardized manufacturing processes procedures and work methods.
- Partner with leadership and other departments on product improvement cost reduction and operational initiatives.
- Build a positive work environment based on accountability communication teamwork trust and respect.
- Proven manufacturing leadership experience within a metal fabrication production environment.
- Strong experience leading and developing manufacturing teams.
- Demonstrated success improving safety quality productivity cost and operational performance.
- Experience managing production KPIs and leading corrective-action/problem-solving initiatives.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production planning and operational efficiency.
- Lean Manufacturing Kaizen Six Sigma or other continuous improvement experience.
- Experience with quality and environmental management systems.
- Budgeting cost reduction and manufacturing performance management experience.
- Experience developing frontline supervisors and manufacturing leaders.
