Plant Manager

• Provide leadership and direction across all departments while promoting Alexandria Industries values and servant leadership culture.
• Develop and execute strategic business objectives operational plans and departmental goals.
• Manage budgets monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity efficiency and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support quality-focused manufacturing processes including APQP PFMEA Control Plans and DFM.
• Ensure departments are appropriately staffed and equipped to meet production and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers employees and community partners.
• Support employee development through coaching training and engagement initiatives.

• Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field.
• 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of precision machining and manufacturing application experience.
• Strong leadership communication analytical and project management skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing data systems.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.

Compensation: $80000 - $103000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
