Plant Maintenance Maintenance Technician

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a & Responsibilities:Assemble install and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components according to schematics blueprints or technical and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in machinery as well as throughout the overall minor construction tasks around the facility like painting and drywall with engineering and production teams to support new equipment installations or compliance with safety and quality to work emergency call-ins and mandatory overtime including functions asrequested by Requirements:Minimum Education:Associates degree or technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology Industrial Maintenance or a related Experience:2yearsof relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing of AC/DC circuits PLCs motors gearboxes hydraulics pneumatics and vacuum to read and interpret technical diagrams and with hand tools diagnostic instruments and maintenance problem solving and communication to work independently as well as part of a be able to wear a respirator and all other PPE requirements for the to enter and attend permit required confined Equipment & Skills:Industrial electrical experience in an industrial production setting ofPneumatichydraulic electricalormechanicalsystems with HVAC a of machinery operating software/hardware such as PLCs and VFD controls and hands-on experience with installing troubleshooting maintaining and repairing Electrical & Electronic Control Systems and components to read and understand technical documentation and use trade mathematics along with precision measuring/testing instruments knowledge of sensors and monitoring devices for temperature flow pressure voltage current and other parameters Requirements:Lift up to 50 hand eye spend extended periods of time standing and walkingextensivelythroughout to climb laddersand conduct aerial work on required to sit stoop kneel bend crouch bend and Working Conditions:While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock; and vibration.
