Plant Engineer- WA

Piping Rock Health Products is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Plant Engineer to join our Washington based Manufacturing this role youll work closely with the VP of Engineering and plant leadership to ensure operational efficiency and equipment reliability across the facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for an engineering professional with a strong mechanical background a passion for process improvement and the ability to thrive in a dynamic production :Maintain and Monitor all Plant equipment to ensure it is running properly and efficient such as HVAC Systems boilers directly with Plant Manager and department supervisors to ensure facility is running efficientlyPartner with Maintenance mechanics and supervisors on setting up procedures and task for all site equipmentEnsure all PM work orders are complete and up to dateIdentify and recommend process that can improve current plant processesTrain and assist plant Personnel in carrying out safety and QC Procedures and complianceReview Project plans to ensure timelines are met and ensure cost estimates are within the budgetInterpret developments with the project plan by providing guidance for necessary changesEnsure and Maintain facility is compliant with all relevant FDA GMP and SOP regulationsMake sure Facility meets all EHS requirementsContinuous improvement on work orders and machine down time and strategize ideas to improve uptimeVerify machinery and process are safe and up to standardsDevelop Operational plans for Projects such as Renovation Construction Maintenance or Machine installationAll other Duties and projects assignedRequirements:Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering with up to 4 years of related experienceAbility to make AutoCAD DrawingsStrong quantitative abilityMaintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of Maintenance SoftwareExcellent verbal written interpersonal communication and organization skillsAbility to work autonomouslyMust be able to lift 50 poundsWe proudly offer: Medical Dental Vision 401K with Company Match Pet insurance and more!We reward the hard work of our team members with fun and exciting company events Summer Picnic Festive Packages Holiday Celebrations and associate referral bonuses!Founded in 2011 Piping Rock Health Products has gone on to win Long Islands Top Workplaces Award 7 years in a row & securing the spot as Top Supplement Manufacturing Company 2024 by Food Business Review!
