What Youll Be Doing

• Coordinate daily scale house and administrative activities to support aggregate plant operations.
• Process customer transactions shipment documentation invoices and related records accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain production inventory payroll and operational reports while ensuring data integrity.
• Provide responsive customer service by assisting drivers customers vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support plant leadership with scheduling communications recordkeeping and compliance-related administrative tasks.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy when handling data documentation and financial transactions.
• Effective communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Proficiency with computer systems and business software including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently solve problems and adapt to changing operational needs.

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based within an active aggregate production facility.
• Frequent interaction with plant personnel truck drivers customers and vendors.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions noise dust and varying weather conditions when supporting plant operations.
• Standard business hours with occasional flexibility to meet business needs.
