Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Sr Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler where youll contribute to production planning and scheduling for scientific this role youll develop and manage production schedules enhance manufacturing processes and ensure timely delivery to meet customer demand. Youll work with cross-functional teams analyze production metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to scientific advancement through effective manufacturing operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience or Bachelors Degree plus 8 years of experience in manufacturing planning/scheduling or related role
Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering Manufacturing Business Administration or related field
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
Advanced proficiency in manufacturing software production planning tools MS Office and Power BI
Experience developing and analyzing KPI dashboards and production metrics
Proven ability to manage complex production schedules and optimize inventory levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability
Excellence in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder communication
Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities
Experience providing guidance and mentorship to team members
Commitment to maintaining safety quality and environmental standards
Ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions
Strong project management skills
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $112500.00$150000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
