Planning Manager

Were seeking a Planning Manager to join a leading data centre delivery partner. Reporting to the Regional Planning Manager this role develops maintains and reviews project schedules and controls procedures to ensure timely successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop maintain and review master construction programmes and project controls procedures.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
• Liaise with stakeholders to track project progress identify risks and support proactive problem-solving.
• Manage project schedule resources across all phases: pre-construction construction commissioning.
• Create and maintain reporting tools to monitor achievement of goals and milestones.
• Conduct performance reviews and variance reporting recommending corrective actions.
• Represent the Planning function in client and subcontractor meetings.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure planning practices align with company standards.

Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering Construction Management or related discipline
• 6 years construction experience ideally in main contracting or data centre projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing planning processes and methodologies
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject; BIM experience desirable
• Strong analytical communication and presentation skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of contractual/project management principles
