Job Summary
Planning - Scheduling:Â
Participate in drawing up the Industrial and Sales Plan integrating the sites critical capacitiesÂ
Carry out medium and long-term planning optimizing resources (manpower and machines)Â
Carry out short-term planning (Scheduling) and interface between Scheduling and ProductionÂ
Control finished and semi-finished product inventory levels.Â
Analyze and implement appropriate Production Management tools and methods in collaboration with the Lean department.Â
Supply and inventory management:Â
Supply all raw materials components and consumables without stopping production.Â
Guarantee the supply of goods within the required deadlines quantities and quality.Â
Control material and component inventory levelsÂ
Analyze and implement appropriate procurement tools and methods in collaboration with the Purchasing and Lean departments.Â
ERP (SAP) and IT systems:Â
Ensure the consistency of technical data within its scope in liaison with related departments.Â
Analyze processes and suggest areas for improvement.Â
Automate our management routines.Â
Guarantee data within the managed perimeter.Â
lntra-services:Â
Participate in relevant meetings (Supply Chain meetings Project meetings Quality and Sales meetings)Â
Coordinate data updates with change control (applications for approval product releases)Â
Participate in/or lead working groups on cross-functional subjects and projects within the companyÂ
Management:Â
Manage the organization of the department and its adaptation to the sites growth.Â
Manage motivate mobilize and develop your team.Â
Establish measure and analyse service indicators. Â
Manage and solve problems.Â
Continuous improvement:Â
Know apply and enforce the rules defined as part of continuous improvement (5S TPM SMED VSM ... )Â
Participate in continuous improvement workgroups and help implement actions.Â
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for his/her activity.Â
Quality:Â
Co-responsible for customer satisfactionÂ
Ensures quality of information communicated to Customer Service and Operations.Â
Ensure compliance with manufacturing routings and bill of materialsÂ
Environment:Â
Know apply and enforce Company environmental policy.Â
Ensure that our suppliers comply with environmental specifications and sort wasteÂ
Safety:Â
Know apply and enforce the Companys safety policy.Â
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Master degree in logistics (Engineering degree) or 5 years of equivalent professional experienceÂ
Minimum 5 years in an similar environment and in planning / schedulingÂ
Experience managing a team
Strong service and people skills Â
Negotiation skillsÂ
Rigorous dynamic responsiveÂ
Teamwork and listening skillsÂ
Has worked in an regulated industry with high quality requirementsÂ
Good knowledge of SAP (preferred) and its modules (MM PP WM)Â

POSITION RANGE: $100000 - $120000 Salaried (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
