Planning and Scheduling Consultant

We are currently seeking a talented Planning and Scheduling Consultant to join our team on a full-time remote basis.

Position Overview:

As a Planning and Scheduling Consultant you will play a vital role in the success of our projects by developing and implementing effective planning and scheduling strategies. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong background in construction planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

- Collaborate with project managers to understand project scope timelines and budget

- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate delays

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Conduct schedule analysis and provide recommendations for improvement

- Assist in the development of project plans and budgets

- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

- Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling matters

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project planning and scheduling

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling

- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Experience working on remote projects is a plus
