A-Action Facility ServicesInc. is seeking Plane Train Cleaners who will be responsiblefor cleaning and maintaining airport trains stations and passenger areas to ensure a safe sanitary and welcoming environment.
Job Description
Summary:
The Plane Train Cleaner cleans airport train cars stations platforms and surrounding facilities. This role helps maintain cleanliness supports passenger safety and follows all airport and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize train cars stations waiting areas and platforms.
- Sweep mop vacuum and remove trash from assigned areas.
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Clean windows handrails seats and high-touch surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
- Follow airport security procedures and safety guidelines.
- Respond to emergency cleaning requests when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand walk bend and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work nights weekends holidays and rotating shifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain airport security clearance if required.
