Note:

Candidates must have at least 1 year of personal injury law experience. Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is strongly preferred particularly experience supporting cases through settlement.

Job Description

• Support plaintiff personal injury cases through the settlement process.
• Organize and maintain case files medical records bills liens and settlement documentation.
• Assist attorneys with settlement preparation demands negotiations and case resolution.
• Review and organize medical documentation and damages information.
• Communicate professionally with clients insurance carriers medical providers lienholders and other parties.
• Track case milestones deadlines settlement documentation and outstanding requirements.
• Assist with gathering and preparing information needed to evaluate settlement value.
• Coordinate documentation necessary to finalize settlements and disbursements.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure files remain organized and up to date.
• Provide reliable administrative and substantive support to attorneys throughout the settlement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal injury law experience.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with personal injury settlements medical records demands liens or insurance claims is highly valuable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases deadlines and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional client-focused approach.
