A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Weekend Team Lead to support operations across multiple facilities in the Pittsburgh area.

Local travel between multiple buildings may be required.

What Youll Do

As a Weekend Team Lead youll help ensure our buildings employees and customers receive the support they need to be successful.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting operations across multiple facilities
• Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met
• Training and coaching team members
• Providing coverage when staffing needs arise
• Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals
• Placing weekly supply orders
• Communicating schedule policy and procedural updates
• Working closely with the Account Manager
• Identifying opportunities for additional services
• Helping maintain a positive and productive work environment

• Reliable transportation required
• Janitorial facilities or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
