Position Overview

Seekonk Grand Prix is looking for friendly high-energy Counter Help Team Members to join our Pit Stop Food Trailer crew!

As the face of our food trailer youll take orders handle payments and deliver a fast fun race-day experience for our guests. If you enjoy working with people staying busy and being part of an exciting entertainment environment this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly upbeat attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Prepare and serve drinks and simple food items as needed
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quick service
• Maintain a clean organized front counter and service area
• Restock condiments napkins cups and supplies
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Answer guest questions about menu items

What Were Looking For

• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume setting
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be available nights weekends and holidays during peak season
• Previous cashier or food service experience is a plus but not required well train the right candidate!
