What Youll Be Doing

• Lead daily pit operations to ensure safe efficient material production

• Coordinate workflow equipment usage and task assignments for pit personnel

• Monitor product quality and adjust processes to maintain operational standards

• Support equipment troubleshooting and communicate maintenance needs

• Promote a strong safety culture through consistent guidance and oversight

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work in a production environment

• Strong commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement

• Capability to operate and understand heavy equipment used in pit operations

• Effective communication skills to support teamwork and operational clarity

• Problemsolving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
