Pipefitter Machine Tool Manufacturing Environment
- 2 Week Contract Urgent Start

Candidate is highly experienced performing the following pipefitting activities independently with minimal supervision in a machine tool and industrial automation environment:

• Read and interpret pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical schematic drawings
• Read mechanical assembly drawings and bills of material (BOMs)
• Build thread and install pipe headers
• Install service stands lockout valves and related piping components
• Pipe robotic systems and sealer equipment
• Prepare and assemble valve packs and manifolds
• Route install and dress hoses and tubing to customer specifications
• Drill tap and ream holes as required for installation
• Perform mechanical assembly and piping modifications during machine builds
• Utilize hand tools drill presses grinders and other fabrication equipment safely and effectively

• Pipe Wrenches (10 and 18)

• Channel Lock Pliers
• 3/8 Drill Motor
• Tape Measure
• Hose Cutters

Demonstrates the ability to work independently maintain high-quality workmanship and support machine build installation and commissioning activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
