Job Summary
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Fabrication: Measure cut and fit up high-purity stainless steel sanitary tubing and piping systems for custom process Assembly: Assemble and fit up complex valve manifolds and process skids according to engineering Fitting: Position align and fit up process vessels reactors and tanks into skid Interpretation: Read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) isometric drawings and layout Preparation: Ensure precise fit-ups and beveling for sanitary TIG/GTAW & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to hygienic design standards (e.g. 3-A FDA ASME BPE) to ensure crevice-free contamination-resistant : 2 years of dedicated experience in sanitary process Skills: Proven track record of fitting up complex valve manifolds and stainless steel process : Hands-on experience fitting up and aligning sanitary process Knowledge: Strong understanding of sanitary connections (Tri-Clamp Bevel Seat) surface finish requirements and Proficiency: Skilled in using sanitary pipe cutters facing tools grinders and measuring Focus: Direct background building process skids or modular systems for the food dairy beverage or pharmaceutical RequirementsAbility to stand bend kneel and work in tight or elevated to lift and maneuver heavy pipe components (up to 50 lbs).Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing shop environment.
