As a Personal InjuryClaims Examineryoullprovide reassurance andassistancethat make a difference in our customers lives. You will guide policyholders through thecomplicated medical aspects of auto insuranceclaimsas you deliver world-class service. You will investigate medical necessitydeterminecasualty evaluate the validity of personal injury insurance claims and monitor case files over the course of treatment.

WhatWereLooking For

  • Experience & Qualifications:

    • Customer-facing Claims experiencepreferred.

    • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.

    • Active Adjusters license preferred(training and exam fees provided).

    • High School Diploma or GEDrequired; College degree preferred.

  • Core Skills:

    • Strong customer service interpersonal problem-solving and empathy skills.

    • Adaptable detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.

  • Availability:

    • Availabletowork Monday -Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Annual Salary

$61500.00 - $95325.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the selected candidates work experience education and training the work location as well as market and business considerations.
