Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is committed to helping clients and members achieve their fitness and wellness goals through safe engaging and effective Pilates instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Reformer-based Pilates classes for a variety of fitness levels
- Provide personalized guidance and adjustments to ensure client safety and success
- Maintain a positive supportive and inclusive studio environment
- Assist with client progress tracking and offer modifications as needed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
