Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker/Packer for our client in Jamesburg NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shifts Available
• 7AM - 3:30PM or 6AM - 2:30PM

Pay Rate:

• $17.77 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to support warehouse operations by packing and preparing animal products for shipment. This role is responsible for accurately handling products maintaining organization and ensuring all items are packed according to company standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack animal products accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Pick products based on order requirements
• Inspect items to ensure quality and accuracy before packing
• Label and organize packages according to company procedures
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse picking or packing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
