TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Pick Lead and Repack Lead in the Katy 77423 area.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person Warehouse

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead will supervise Picking department or Repack department

• Operate standup forklift as needed

• Verify product against documentation

• Oversee pick or repack areas and handle quality checks

• Ensure accurate system receipt of inventory

• Train and guide inbound associates

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in inbound areas

• Communicate discrepancies or damages to management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Lead experience in picking or repack departments

• Standup forklift and general warehouse experience needed

• Able to meet tight receiving deadlines

• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

• Attention to detail

PAY

$18-20/hr DOE

SCHEDULE

8AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
