Pick and Pack Associate with RF Scanner Expertise 2nd Shift

Join our team as a Pick and Pack Associate where your expertise with RF scanners will ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

As a Pick and Pack Associate on the 2nd shift you will be responsible for accurately packing small HVAC parts and service components for customer and dealer orders. Utilizing RF scanners or pick tickets you will verify part numbers quantities and order accuracy while selecting appropriate packaging materials to guarantee damage-free shipments.

• PAY RATE: 20.00 hour
• LOCATION: Romeoville IL 60446
• HOURS: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
• POSITIONS: 10 Positions Temp to Hire

Responsibilities

• Utilize RF scanners or pick tickets to verify part numbers quantities and overall order accuracy.
• Select appropriate cartons dunnage and packaging materials to ensure timely damage-free shipments.
• Label seal and stage packages for outbound shipping.
• Maintain established productivity and quality performance standards.
• Identify or report any damaged missing or incorrect items to leadership.
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies standard operating procedures and housekeeping guidelines.
• Keep packing stations clean and fully stocked.
• Assist with rework or peak-season volume projects.
• Collaborate with picking shipping inventory and quality teams.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Pass a Drug Test including THC.
• Possess steel toe boots or shoes rated ASTM f2413-18 (proof required) before start date.
• Have puncture proof inserts for safety boots before start date.
• Complete a Background Check.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
