We want them to enjoy their work and empower them to practice medicine the way they have always wanted to candidates will be:Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment active and non-probationaryExperienced in primary care: internal medicine geriatrics or family medicineCurrent BLS/ACLS certificationDriven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditionsStrong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnosticsAble to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients families and center team membersConfident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needsPassionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organizationComfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each otherArchWell Health is an equal opportunity employer.
