Physician Scheduler Gastroenterology Full Time

Under the direct supervision of the Practice Administrator and Supervisor the Scheduler is responsible for providing excellent customer service skills when scheduling patient appointments both in office and over the phone according to criteria set forth by individual providers and the department. This position also assists with creation of provider schedules at appropriate locations as well as other tasks that ensure a smooth work flow throughout the office.
