JOB SUMMARY
Directs all activities related to physician recruitment for all SJRMC entities and SJPN including but not limited to monitoring needs sourcing and screening candidates coordinating on-site interviews contracting and hiring on-boarding new physicians and maintaining relationships.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Masters degree in healthcare administration business administration marketing or a related area of graduate study preferred.
Licensure: Credentials as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter or Certified Medical Staff Coordinator is desired.
Experience: 3 5 years experience in healthcare of which at least 1 year in physician services physician recruitment and/or physician practice management.
