HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (FM or IM training) to help grow our primary care team in Highland IL. Highland is a quite safe rural community with easy access to the metro-east suburbs and a short drive to St. Louis. Position Details:
-Well established growing practice.
-Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
-100% Outpatient Practice
- Dedicated support staff
- EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot to assist with documentation and support work-life balance
- H-1B sponsorship available

Position Requirements:
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligibility through ABFM or ABIM

Compensation Package Details:
- Pay Range: $320106-$390656
- Sign on bonus
- Relocation funds

- CME Funds and day per year
- Annual quality bonus eligibility

Education Qualifications
  • Clinical doctorate is required.
Experience Qualifications
  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents adults and geriatric patients is required.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable to their specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed or in the process of completing an accredited residency program.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
