Job Summary
Seeking a full-time pediatric hospitalist to join our team in providing high-quality inpatient care to the community of central Minnesota.
Schedule
Full-time 1.0 FTE
13-hour shifts including one-hour overlap for report
Rotating day/night scheduling
7am-7:30pm 7pm-7:30am
Pay and Benefits
Salary range:$225000 - $250000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
BE/BC
Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
Department Information:
7 Physicians 4 APPs
- Caring for children 0-17 years old with a variety of medical diagnoses
Pediatric Unit with a total of 22 beds - 4 ICU 4 PPCU 14 peds
PICU covered by Pediatric Critical Care Intensivist
Pediatric Sedation program Dedicated child life specialists
- Family Medicine resident & student teaching opportunities
