Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our OB/GYN Physician you will join CHI Health Clinic a member of CommonSpirit Health and become part of an established Womens Health practice serving Grand Island Nebraska. We welcome Board Certified/Board Eligible physicians including new graduates and J-1/H-1B visa candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional care in a collaborative patient-centered environment. Youll provide both outpatient care in the clinic and inpatient services at CHI Health St. Francis a 153-bed Level III Trauma Center while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to advancing womens health. Through our academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine youll also have opportunities to participate in teaching and professional development if desired.
Every day you will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for women across all stages of life supported by a full range of womens health resources. Youll care for patients in a facility featuring 15 Labor Delivery Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) rooms a 9-bed Level III NICU with 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage an advanced Womens Imaging Center with 3D mammography midwifery services and ultrasound capabilities in both the clinic and hospital. Youll also have access to the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system for minimally invasive procedures and collaborate with a statewide network of Womens Health providers spanning Omaha Kearney and Grand Island. The practice utilizes the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) to support seamless coordinated patient care.
To be successful in this role you will be a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN who values collaboration clinical excellence and compassionate patient-centered care.
