What you bring

• MD or DO degree with completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active unrestricted state medical license (or eligible to obtain) and valid DEA number
• EMR proficiency; AthenaOne experience a plus
• Commitment to value-based patient-centered outcomes-driven care
