Physician Neonatologist

Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital (JHACH) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Neonatologist to join our highly recognized and collaborative team. Our physicians nurses and staff are committed to providing exceptional care in a team-oriented environment making this a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission.

Position Overview:

• Location: All Childrens Hospital / main campus hospital.
• Level IV NICU: Work in a comprehensive state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit.
• Collaborative Team: Youll work closely with residents fellows and Nurse Practitioners providing both clinical and academic support.
• Shifts: Includes day night and weekend shifts. On-site staffing includes 5 MDs during the day and 1 MD with residents/fellows/Nurse Practitioners at night.
• 24-hour in-house Nurse Practitioners to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality neonatal care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including residents fellows and nurse practitioners.
• Participate in building and growing a program with a focus on academic development.
• Take an active role in mentoring residents and fellows.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Interest in Academia: A passion for teaching and building academic programs.
• Point of Care Ultrasound: Familiarity with or willingness to contribute to a Point of Care Ultrasound Program.
• ECMO Expertise: Strong background in ECMO technology and training.
• Experience: 3-5years of Level IV NICU experience is a plus.

Salary Range: Minimum $0/hour - Maximum $0/hour. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
