• Doctor of Medicine (MD)orDoctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in an appropriate specialty
• ActiveMichigan medical licenseor ability to obtain licensure
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Clinical experience in primary care internal medicine or family medicine preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records systems
