FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Short Pump is seeking a Physician Liaison to join our team in a Full-Time role. The Physician Liaison collaborates closely with our clinical team while also acting as a brand ambassador to the community calling upon local physicians to build relationships and prospect referral leads to grow our patient referral base. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Lead initiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions among internal and external referral streams
- Develop and implement specific outreach relationship building and marketing plans to
meet goals - Analyze referral data check DMR daily and facilitate marketing campaigns
- Use templates and programs for tracking and leads management
- Develop strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses
- Work collaboratively with other system functions that interact with physician offices
including hospital medical affairs outbound referral systems provider recruitment and
provider resources - Establish and maintain ongoing communication with referring providers and/or their
office staff including routine or follow-up visits email and phone calls - Use research-based methods and implement strategies to build awareness and trust
- Identify referral sources (target audiences)
- Other duties as assigned
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- A college degree is preferred with at least 23 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- Recent experience working in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment
- Willingness to travel within an assigned territory
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in computer programs
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Team player who can work in harmony with others
- Excellent time management skills organization and communication skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills:
