Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to step into a well-established role serving a strong loyal patient base. This is a great opportunity to join a practice that is deeply rooted in the community and known for its excellent reputation.

The position offers a predictable outpatient schedule split between our Laurinburg and Rockingham offices with a light shared call rotation and no hospital responsibilities. Youll have the ability to focus on delivering excellent care while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

What Youll Do

Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants children and adolescents

Manage a consistent patient panel and build long-term relationships with families

Collaborate closely with fellow pediatricians APPs and clinical staff

Participate in a light rotating call and weekend schedule

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our practice EMR

Contribute to a positive team-oriented culture

What Were Looking For

MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Active North Carolina license or ability to obtain

Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach

Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset

Spanish language skills are a plus

Interest in building a long-term role within the community
