A well-established and busy outpatient Internal Medicine practice located at 426 Michigan in Grand Rapids Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a highly collaborative and patient-focused team.

This vibrant practice cares for adult patients across the continuum and offers a strong team-based care model. The current group is supported by integrated resources such as Behavioral Health Pharmacists and Care Managersallowing you to focus on delivering high-quality comprehensive care.

• Assess and monitor the medical needs of patients and their families

• Deliver care in a cost-effective evidence-based and patient-centered manner

• Ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care for patient panels

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and improve outcomes

• Provide supervision and oversight of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

• Participate in patient and family education to support wellness and chronic disease management

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical process enhancements

• Support organizational goals related to patient satisfaction and financial stewardship

Qualifications

• Required bachelors degree

• BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine

• LIC-Physician (MD) - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

• CRT-DEA Registration - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required

• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
