Goshen Physicians is hiring a Board Eligible / Board Certified Internal Medicine Provider to join our team. This is a full-time outpatient position with shared call. Were looking for a passionate Physician to work in a team centered collaborative environment.

The network consists of both primary care and specialty providers allowing us to offer the highest quality of care for a wide range of conditions. Candidate Requirements:

• Shared Call
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Provide continuing care for the individual and family across all genders diseases and parts of the body
• Focus on community emphasizing disease prevention wellness and health promotion
• Provide personal comprehensive and continuing care for the individual in the context of the family and the community
