About the Job

Were seeking an experienced Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care focused on prevention early intervention and long-term wellness.

Youll care for patients ages 2 and older managing acute and chronic conditions developing individualized treatment plans and empowering patients through education and ongoing support.

Position Hours: 8 hours per week

Work Schedule: Monday: 7:00 AM -3:30 PM

What Youll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services through in-person and virtual visits as clinically appropriate
• Assess diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions for patients ages 2
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies
• Promote preventive care wellness and chronic disease management through patient education
• Collaborate with medical assistants and other clinicians to support coordinated patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to applicable medical regulatory and HIPAA requirements
• Contribute to a positive collaborative clinic environment focused on quality care and patient outcomes

What Youll Bring

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Completion of a U.S.-based residency program
• Active unrestricted physician license in the state of practice
• Board Certified in primary care internal medicine or a related specialty or Board Eligible with commitment to obtain certification
• Active DEA registration
• Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services to patients ages 2 and older
• Occupational Health experience is a plus!
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Ability to successfully complete required credentialing
• Commitment to preventive care chronic disease management and patient education
