With 30- to 60-minute visits a daily patient load of just 10-15 patients and support from a multidisciplinary care team youll have the time and resources to focus on what matters most: your patients.

How will you make an impact & Requirements
Practice in our East Point and West Marietta care centers serving two vibrant and diverse Georgia communities while collaborating with experienced mission-driven care teams
30-60 minute appointments that allow for meaningful patient interactions
An average of just 10-15 patients per day giving you the time to focus on quality care
A collaborative care model with Whole Health Coaches and interdisciplinary support
A focus on prevention wellness and long-term health outcomes rather than volume-driven care

Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive acute and chronic disease management
Build meaningful long-term relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with Whole Health Coaches and care team members to develop personalized care plans
Use evidence-based medicine and population health strategies to improve patient outcomes
Empower patients through education wellness coaching and shared decision-making
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or a related primary care specialty
Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
DEA registration or ability to obtain
Passion for patient-centered relationship-based care

$200801.00to
$317053.00The anticipated base salary range represents the Companys good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience skills qualifications geographic location internal equity and business needs.
