The minimum requirements for this position are: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) or the foreign equivalent; Completion of a U.S. medical residency program in Internal Medicine and U.S. medical fellowship program in Endocrinology; Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine and in Endocrinology Diabetes and Metabolism; and the possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Connecticut medical license.

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group Inc. seeks four (4) full-time Endocrinology Physicians to Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to treat patients with diabetes metabolic disease and other general endocrine diagnoses; actively refer patients to appropriate healthcare providers as medically indicated; work with other providers such as diabetes educators health psychologists and medical and surgical bariatric staff to educate patients on endocrinology-related topics; and participate actively in community outreach activities professional conferences and networking opportunities as well as hospital committees as needed.
