Deaconess Health System is inviting Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to become a vital part of our hospital-employed EM team delivering high-quality fast-paced care across a variety of dynamic settings in Evansville Indiana and Henderson Kentucky.

Practice Highlights

• Diverse Clinical Settings
• Midtown Campus A 237-bed Level II Trauma Center centrally located in the heart of Evansville
• Gateway Campus A 250-bed acute care hospital with modern facilities and advanced technologies
• Henderson Hospital A 143-bed acute care center across the river rich in community tradition
• New Satellite Emergency Department State-of-the-art and built with efficiency in mind
• Flexible Scheduling
• 9-hour shifts at Midtown Gateway and Henderson
• 12-hour shifts at the Satellite ED
• Full-time defined as just 15 shifts/month
• Schedules are request-based and highly flexible with dedicated Nocturnists to support work-life balance
• EPIC EMR Integrated reliable and intuitive

Compensation & Benefits

• Average annual compensation of $525000 ($333.00 per hour) with the opportunity to earn up to $648000 ($388.00 per hour)
• Up to $164000 in incentives including:
• $50K Sign-On Bonus
• $75K in Student Loan Forgiveness
• Up to $24K in Educational Assistance
• Up to $15K in Relocation Assistance
